By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service. You represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
LingFox AI provides a cloud-based advertising management tool that integrates with Meta's Graph API to help users manage their Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. We act solely as a software interface — we are not your advertising agent, legal advisor, or compliance consultant.

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or publish using our service.We do not review, verify, endorse, or take any responsibility for your advertisements or their content.
- Legal Compliance: You must ensure your advertisements comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the jurisdictions you target.
- Meta Policies: You must comply with Meta's Advertising Policies, Terms of Service, and Platform Terms. Violations may result in Meta suspending your account — we bear no responsibility for such actions.
- Targeting Compliance: When targeting specific regions, demographics, or interests, you are responsible for understanding and complying with local advertising laws.
- No Legal Advice: Any features, suggestions, or recommendations provided by our service do not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice.
- Content Verification: We do not verify the accuracy, legality, or truthfulness of any content you publish.
- Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Account Responsibility: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Multiple Accounts: One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
You agree not to use our service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or Meta advertising policies
- Create or promote fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive advertisements
- Advertise illegal products, services, or activities
- Target sensitive categories (health conditions, political beliefs, religious practices, sexual orientation, etc.) in discriminatory ways
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Meta's API or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools or bots without our written permission
- Use our service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our platform or Meta's systems
Without limiting the Acceptable Use section, you may not advertise content that violates:
- Meta's prohibited content policies (alcohol, tobacco, weapons, adult content, etc.)
- Local laws of the regions you are targeting (e.g., gambling laws, pharmaceutical regulations)
- Intellectual property rights of third parties
- Misleading or deceptive trade practices
- Discriminatory content targeting protected classes
Note: This is not an exhaustive list. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and Meta policies in your target markets.
- Our IP: All intellectual property rights in LingFox AI, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by QISI HUB TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.
- Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create and upload to our service. However, you represent that you have the right to use such content and grant us a license to process it solely for providing our service.
- Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about our service, we may use them without obligation.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same.
- Your Responsibility: You represent that you have the right to use all content (images, text, videos, trademarks) in your advertisements and that such content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
- DMCA Notices: If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content on our platform, contact us at super@ling-fox.com. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
- Repeat Violators: We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
- By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to our service if you violate these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable laws. We may also terminate accounts involved in activities that could expose us to legal liability.
- Immediate Suspension: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or restrict access without notice if we believe your use of the service violates laws, Meta policies, or could harm our platform or users.
- Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any termination or loss of data.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QISI HUB TECHNOLOGY LIMITED shall not be liable for:
- Any user content published through our service, including its legality, accuracy, or compliance with applicable laws
- Any actions or decisions made by Meta, including ad disapproval, account suspension, or policy enforcement
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our service
- Any damages arising from your compliance (or non-compliance) with laws or Meta policies
- Any service interruptions, API changes, or discontinuation of Meta's platform
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QISI HUB TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your advertisements: All claims related to your ad content, including claims of infringement, deception, or violation of third-party rights
- Your use of our service
- Your violation of these Terms or Meta's policies
- Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
- Disputes: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
- Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also update Terms to reflect changes in Meta's policies or applicable laws.
15. Sanctions & Export Controls
You represent and warrant that you are not:
- Located in, organized under the laws of, or resident of any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions)
- Identified on any government sanctions list (including the U.S. OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, EU Consolidated List, or UN Financial Sanctions Database)
- Owned or controlled by any person or entity on such lists
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws, including U.S. Export Administration Regulations and EU Dual-Use Regulations. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately if we believe you are using our service in violation of sanctions or export laws.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather events
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or armed conflict
- Government actions, restrictions, or regulations (including sanctions, export controls, or API access restrictions)
- Meta API outages, deprecations, or platform changes
- Internet service provider failures, cyberattacks, or telecommunications disruptions
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
We will endeavor to notify you of force majeure events as soon as reasonably practicable. We are not required to provide alternative solutions during such events.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so shall be null and void.
We may assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, to any affiliated entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of substantially all of our assets, without notice. Your data will be transferred in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and QISI HUB TECHNOLOGY LIMITED concerning your use of our service. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
